At Hygeia Health, we want you to feel as good as you look in our premium apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and securely seal the box or mailer.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
